The heat is on for PBA HAla Bola in Boracay. PBA All star will surely brings excitement in Basketball fans in the island paradise of Boracay for the 2011 PBA All-Star spectacle.
The event was named 'PBA Hala Bola! 'All-Star Weekend, the said event will be held Convention Center where the All-Star Game is set May 22 and the Rookies vs Sophomore Blitz Game on May 20.
“Emphasis is on outreach program. We’ll also hold a beach party where our players will mingle with the local and foreign tourists. This is one way of helping promote the country’s tourism program,” added Salud.
The All-Star Game pitting the North stars and the South stars highlights the festivities with the former looking to repeat their 133-132 decision in Puerto Princesa, Palawan last year.
Mark Pingris and Kerby Raymundo of Derby Ace Llamados, Gabe Norwood of Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, Miller and Caguioa are the starting unit of the North Squad under coach Ato Agustin of San MiguelBeerwhile Erik Menk of Ginebra Gin Kings, Jay Washington of San Miguel Beer, Cyrus Baguio of Alaska, Kelly Williams of Talk 'N Text and Yap banner the South Team of Talk 'N Text mentor Chot Reyes.
