Seth McFarlane Moves From Quohog to Bedrock: Yaba Yaba Doo! The Master of Cartoons is Recreating "The Flintstones" for 2013 Premier on Fox TV Network

The Flintstones aired  between September 30, 1960- April 1, 1966 on ABC,  Hanna and Barbera were the creators.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Seth McFarlane has taken on a new project.  Ever since he was 2 years old he was a fan of The Flinstones and his dream has come true for he will be working on the new updated version of the familes from Bedrock. Mr. McFarlane has created Family Guy and The Cleveland Show.  Both shows were renewed on Fox.  Quhog is the town where Family Guy takes place and it is based on Cranston, Rhode Island.  It will be interesting to see if Seth decides to base Bedrock on a town in the US.
The new Flinstones is expected to air in the Fall of 2013.  Yaba Dabba Doo!
