The Philosophy of Fashion

It has been said that 'the person who sees only fashion in fashion is a fool', and that is my ethos. I don't pursue fashion for the glamour, the freebies or the status.

Fashion is not what we wear to keep our dignity.
Fashion is wearable art.
Fashion is a culture barometer, a mood gauge, an economic thermometer.
Fashion reveals who we are. Its irony is that the very thing that covers us up screams our identity to the world. With but a glance, I may guess your socio-economic status (and thus the vicinity of your home and quality of your education), self-esteem level, social group or even religion.
That's the beauty of fashion. Though we hide under its aegis, we strip our personality down with every inch, layer, accoutrement.
Clothed on the outside, naked on the inside.
