So Chapel Street was amazing! I've been to Melbourne several times but it was never suggested to me to go to Chapel Street. I've heard that most of the shops there you can find in the CBD so I never bothered. But this time, I decided that I would finally head down to see what all the fuss was all about. Well I wasn't disappointed. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
My favourite vintage stores at Chapel Street are Linda Black and Shag. If you're into contemporary and classic fashion, Linda Black is heaven. They also stock a whole heap of vintage fur and faux fur jackets as well as one of a kind leather jackets and cowboy boots. The only thing is you need a lot of moolah in your bank account to indulge.
When I went to Shag, I fell in love with this gold and black organza party dress from the 80s and just had to get it. I'm really bad at describing stuff so I'm not even going to try. All I can say is that it's the prettiest thing and I walked away a very happy girl.
xx, Amanda
