Sophisticate will be the baker to design the wedding cake for the wedding of Kate Middleton to Prince William.
Sophisticake opened in April, 2003 in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, England. The cake designer had designed a cake for Camilla's 60th birthday and for the Queen's 80th birthday. Ms Blundon's son has a catering business that had catered several private functions for Prince Charles.
