Charlie Sheen has received a lot of complaints about his behavior on various media outlets, but from a business point of view, it did not take him long to take advantage of his name and do brand marketing.
He currently has 3 million followers on Twitter in just over one week
He did a few shows that had a substantial audience of over 170,000 watching at one point the live streaming
He put together a tour, Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option: It was a brilliant idea. The first two shows in Detroit and Chicago sold out in 18 minutes.  Currently, he has added 12 more cities and the price range is from 70.50-519.00 dollars. Anyone who wants to meet the actor can do so for a 750 dollar  ticket. There will be T-shirts, posters and who knows what else will be offered.  It had been reported that Mr Sheen will earn 300,000 from the first two shows alone. The real question is, what is he going to do during the show?  His use of words has been good and sometimes very funny.  He is an actor, so perhaps he will do a little from "2 and a Half Men" if he is legally allowed to. There is no doubt that CBS made a mistake in firing him. Business is about making money and Sheen knows exactly how to do so.
