Jackson Browne: Fun Facts about the Rock Star Lengend and His Performance in 1978 Singing, "The Load Out," One of His Best Songs Ever!

Jackson Brown was born on October 9, 1948 in Heidelberg, Germany. His mother was from Minnesota and he grew up in the Highland Park area of Los Angeles, California.  He is considered to be a rock singer, writer and musician. In 2004 he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by his friend, Bruce Springsteen.  He had sold more than 17 million albums.  His early days of music  was playing with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.  He had been married twice and his first wife committed suicide at the age of 30 shortly after they had married.  He is known to be a political activist and one of the finest rock performers in the history of rock and roll.
