"Rolling Stone"Published 100 Top Artists of all time With Essays by Music Artists: Ray Charles is Number 10

Rolling Stone Magazine reports on music better than any other music magazine around.  Founded by Jann Wenner in San Francisco. The magazine had published in 2 separate issues in 2004 and 2005 the top 100 recording artists of all time.  The list was revamped in 2011. There are essays written by other music artists revealing why they are so special.  Here is the top ten on the list:
