She did work for the family for 20 years and it was reported that she did not disclose to Arnold that the boy was his until he was a toddler.  We cannot confirm if this is  true and are not suggesting that the info is, but we are letting you know what others are reporting.  TMZ had reported that Patti had earned 1200 dollars per week and has a few other children.
