According to The Daily Mail, here is the list of the 10 most expensive divorces in the world:
1. Media mogul Rupert Murdoch and Anna Murdoch in 1999: $1.7bn (£1bn)

2. Saudi businessman Adnan Khashoggi and Soraya Khashoggi in 1980: estimated at $874m (£538m)

3. American entrepreneur Craig McCaw and Wendy McCaw in 1997: estimated at $460m (£284m)

4. Diamond magnate Charles Edgar Fipke and Marlene Fipke: estimated at $200m (£123m)

5. Basketball player Michael Jordan's divorce and Juanita Jordan in 2006: estimated at $168m (£104m)

6. Singer Neil Diamond and Marcia Murphey in 1995: estimated at $150m (£92m)

7. Actor Harrison Ford and Melissa Mathison in 2004: estimated at $118m (£73m)

It was reported that Arnold and Marie had a prenuptial agreement, but since they were married for over 25 years there is concern that it may affect the terms.  It will be interesting to see how much Marie will get. Arnold is worth over one billion dollars. It was announced that Laura Wasser will be representing Maria Shriver. She is the same powerhouse attorney who represented Britney Spears and many other well know women in Hollywood.
