Kate Middleton, New Duchess of Cambridge: Is Her Dress too Short for Her Title?

Kate certainly is a beautiful young lady and she has a wonderful figure. She was captured wearing a white blazer with a very short off white dirndle skirt to a horse race in England recently.  If you look carefully the skirt is very short.  Do you think it is OK for her to dress wearing such a short skirt or should be seen wearing something much more conservative?
