MTV's "Skins" is a" No Go" for Season 2:' Show did not connect with American Viewers'

"Skins" was created by Bryan Elsay.  The show had only survived one  season in  the US.  MTV had hoped for it   to catch on, but there was too much controversy surrounding the show.  The show was based on hard partying teens.
