Bieber Fever Bubble: Is it beginning to pop? Magazines had weak sales when Justin was on the cover

People magazine had a 25 % Drop in sales in the April 2010  issue
Sales dropped 12 % when Bieber was on the cover of Teen  Vogue
Sales dropped 100,000 for Vanity Fair  from the average number to 246,000  when Justin  was  on the cover.
According to the Daily Mail the figures are out and there are several magazines that did not do well when Justin Bieber was on the cover. The latest casualty is Vanity Fair who just released the figure to admit that they had lost 100.000 sales when Bieber was on the cover. That number is just comparing it to an average.
There were suggestions that it was because he is a guy, but what if they had Brad Pitt or George Clooney would that be true?  That fact is that Bieber has a very young audience and mostly tween.  How many of them read Vanity Fair?  Bieber is clearly successful, but he is getting into that age when he has to make a transition and one that will be acceptable to another generation.  He looks very young and will have to start looking more grown up because his fans are growing up too.  He also was recently on the cover of  Rolling Stone magazine but those figures have not been released.
