The video of the pound-for-pound boxing king's first biggest brand endorsement on Youtube has reached more than 160,000 views since it was uploaded by youtuber "bhopisback" last May 31.

In the thirty-seconder TV ad of HP Veer 4G, said to be the smallest 4G smartphone in the US, Pacman talks about his workout routine and why he got himself a "small phone."

Here are Pacquiao's lines on the new HP TVC:

"I run ten miles every morning, do two-thousand set-ups a day, eat seven-thousand calories and train for eight weeks straight,

Congressman Manny Pacquiao drops Charges Against Oscar de la Hoya and Richard Schaefer of Golden Boy Promotions

Congressman  and Worls'd best pound for pound boxer Manny Pacquiao dropped his defamation lawsuit against Oscar de la Hoya and his Golden Boy promotions chief Richard Schaefer.

Pacquiao filed the case in 2009 over dela Hoya's allegations that the pound-for-pound boxing champion used performance-enhancing drugs in all his fights.

Under the terms of their settlement, de la Hoya and Schaefer issued a statement and apology to Pacquiao, which reads:
Richard Schaefer and Oscar de la Hoya, on behalf of themselves andGolden Boy Promotions, wish to make it crystal clear that we never intended to claim that Manny Pacquiao has used or is using any performanceenhancing drugs, and further state that we do not have any evidence whatsoever of such use," their statement said.

Manny Pacquiao is one of the greatest fighters of all time, and we apologize if anyone construed our prior remarks as in any way claiming or even suggesting that Manny uses or has used performance enhancing drugs."

However, Pacquiao still intend to pursue his legal battle against boxer Floyd Mayweather, who was also named in the former's original 2009 lawsuit where he claimed that Mayweather, his father Floyd Sr. and uncle Roger along with de la Hoyaand Schaefer conducted a campaign to make people think he is using PED while negotiations for a possible Pacquiao-Mayweather bout is in progress.

Arum hurdles 1st test for Pacquiao-Marquez clash

LOS ANGELES — Juan Manuel Marquez has accepted the revised offer sheet that Top Rank forwarded to him, Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum said on Tuesday, a development that could very well pave the way for a planned Nov. 12 face-off against Manny Pacquiao.

Arum had earlier sent Marquez a proposal that the Mexican turned down and the Top Rank chief immediately came up with a new one that the boxer accepted.

“Everything was done the right way,” said Arum from the Las Vegas headquarters of Top Rank, referring to the manner by which Top Rank conducted its business with Marquez.

Arum said the proposal he sent to Marquez is a copycat of the one that Shane Mosley approved for his last week’s fight with Pacquiao at the MGM Grand. Read More...
