"Law and Order" Can this become " Law and Disaster" if Jennifer Love Hewitt replaces Mariska Hargitay? Rotten Tomatoes Gave Actress the Worst Score Since 1985

It was reported that actress Jennifer Love Hewitt may be the new kid on the block for NBC's Law and Order.  According to a recent poll, Rotten Tomatoes had given Ms Hewitt the worst actress score since 1985. A good score is considered fresh which is at least 60 %.  Some of Jennifer's scores include: Sister Act 2 was 7 %, I Know What You Did Last Summer 7 %  Both and Garfield 15 % and 11% respectively.  Dick Wolf has been a very successful creator of the show and he knows what he is doing, but can this be the first big  mistake for him?
