Princess Beatrice wore Philip Treacy hat to the royal wedding.

Everyone laughed at Princess Beatrice, but she got the last laugh when she auctioned off her silly hat for 131,648 dollars, that is about 81,000 British pounds.  She put the hat up on Ebay for ten days and the auctioned ended on Sunday, May 22.  The money will go to children of disadvantaged homes.  Way to go Beatrice!
