Sarah Burton who is 35 years old  came in at number 55 on "Time" magazine's 200 most influential people in the world.  She is the only designer who made the list from the group of  British fashion designers who are speculated to have designed the wedding dress for Kate Middleton. Why would Time pick her unless they knew something about her?  She is a good designer, but what did she do to to be nominated  as the 55th most  influential person in the world?.
