Black Eyed Peas Concert in Central Park with Taylor Swift, Tony Bennett was Canceled Due To Bad Weather in NYC : No New Concert Date Decided

The Black Eyed Peas concert was cancelled tonight due to very bad storms in New York.  The temperature was almost 100 all day and by evening there was a lot of thunder and lightening.  The concert was supposed to have started at 8:30 pm and the fans were originally told that they could enter the park by 3:00 pm.  Later in the day the time was changed to 7:30 and eventually canceled.  There were at least 60,000 fans expected to go to the park to see the Black Eyed Peas with Taylor Swift, Tony Bennett, Natasha Beddingfield, LL Coo J, Carole King, MC Hammer, and Debbie Harry.  It was reported by the Associated Press that a representative from the Robin Hood organizations who stated that they did not know if the concert would be rescheduled.  If it is not rescheduled then there will be a lot of angry fans since they had to wait in line for hours in 95 plus degree temperatures. It was a good move to cancel the concert since it was potentially dangerous for so many people to be out in the storms. We will keep you posted on what happens.
