She was also a part of Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan as the newspaper journalist who is a friend of a policeman who turned into a superhero among with his other cousins, which is played by Marky Cielo as Alexis Lorenzo or Zaido Green. they played as loveteams in the series. In 2008, she had another biggest break playing her first daring role as Joanna in GMA daytime drama Sine Novela: [[Kaputol ng Isang Awit] which stars Glaiza de Castro, Marky Cielo and Jolo Revilla.
In 2008, Lovi recently won a New Movie Actress of the Year award for her movie Shake Rattle and Roll 9 in 24th PMPC Star Awards for Movies.

Aubrey Miles (born Aubrey Sandel on January 21, 1978) is a Filipina television host, singer and actress. Her debut role was a provincial prostitute in the movie Prosti (abbreviation for "prostitute"). Highly successful at the box office, the film grossed ₱29 million. To date, Prosti remains her highest grossing movie. The success in the titular role led to other movie offers, as well as product endorsement deals from companies such as Bench (a clothing company in the Philippines).

Pinay Super Models on MEGA Magazine June 2011 issue

Three (3) Pinay Supermodels are on the cover of MEGA Magazine this June 2011. They are Danica Magpantay, Charlene Almarvez and Charo Ronquillo, Pinay supermodels who represented the Philippines in the Ford Models' Supermodel of the World competition.

The three supermodels were all receoved places on the said competition. Charo was 2nd Runner Up in the 2006 competition, Charlene was 1st Runner Up in 2010 and just this year, Danica won the title, the first Pinay to win the Ford Supermodels of the World title.

MEGA Magazine boasts that it's the first time ever that these three Pinay supermodels were photographed together for a magazine cover.

Recently Mega Magazine revealed their 10 Most Beautiful Celebrities for 2011 wherein Congressman Manny Pacquiao graced the said event in Makati [Click here to see the 10 Most Beautiful for 2011]

Riza Santos of Pinoy Big Brother crowned Miss World Canada 2011- Video

Riza Santos (born August 31, 1987) is a Canadian television personality and beauty queen of Filipino, Spanish, and Chinese ancestry. She competed and won Miss Earth Canada 2006 and Miss World Canada 2011. She competed in the Miss Earth 2006 pageant, in which she was given the Miss Photogenic and Miss Fontana awards. She also completed training courses with the Canadian Forces. Her military career, according to her, was influenced by her grandparents.

The Event was held at the River Rock Show Theater in Richmond, Canada last May 19th. She will then be representing Canada in the Miss World 2011 in London on November 8, 2011.

During her participation with Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition 2, she played for Bantay Bata, ABS-CBN Foundation's charitable institution. On Day 84, she was proclaimed the second place winner of the show. In 2008 and 2009, she hosted the Asian Poker Tour.

Magbabalik sa big screen ang 80s hit na Joey Gosiengiafio classic, ang “Temptation Island” na unang ginawa ng Regal Films. Tampok sa klasikong pelikula ang mga sikat sikat na mga beauty queen gaya nina Dina Bonnevie, Azenith Briones, Bambi Arambulo at Jennifer Cortez. Nasa cast din ang aktres na si Deborah Sun at mga Regal actors na sina Ricky Belmonte, Domingo Sabado, Alfie Anido at Jonas Sebastian.

Matapos ang mahigit isang taong pagpapalit-palit ng female cast, nabuo na rin finally ang movie mula sa panulat at direksyon ni Chris Martinez. Huling umani ngpapuri sa pelikulang Here Comes the Bride, 100 at Gunaw episode ng My Valentine Girls ni Richard Gutierrez at ni Eugene Domingo si direk Chris.

Agad ngang pumunta sa ng Paoay, Ilocos Norte ang buong cast bago ang Holy Week upang kunan ang mga eksena sa disyerto kung saan na-stranded ang ilang pasahero na pinangungunahan nina Marian Rivera, Heart Evangelista, Lovi Poe,Solenn Heussaff, John Lapus, Mikael Daez, Tom Rodriguez at Aljur Abrenica.

Napunta kay Marian ang role ni Azenith na putatsing na mahilig sumali sa beauty contests. Kay Heart naman napunta ang role ng konserbatibong si Dina at kaySolenn ang role ni Bambi na isang kontesera rin sa byu-con (beauty contests). Napunta naman kay Lovi ang role ni Jennifer na isang bratinela with matching yaya sa isla na ginampanan naman ni Rufa Mae na unang ginawa ni Deborah Sun.

Kahit grabe ang tindi ng sikat nga araw sa Ilocos na halos ikasunog ng mga kutis , masaya si Marian sa bonding na nangyari sa unang shooting days ng girls.

“Masaya kasi nagkakaroon ng bonding ang mga girls. Maganda pa ‘yung lugar. Sobra nga lang ang init. Sobrang love ko talaga ang Ilocos!” pahayag ni Marian.

Wala namang pakialam si Heart kung masilip ang singit-singitan sa punit-punit niyang gown.

“This is the shortest skirt na sinuot ko! Para na siyang half panty, half gown! Ha! Ha! Ha! Pero masaya talaga ang bonding naming!” kuwento naman ni Heart.

Minani naman ni Solenn ang init sa disyerto habang nagsusyuting. “This is five star desert Survivor Philippines!” pagmamalaki ni Solenn.

Sina Rufa at Lovi ang madalas naman magkaeksena kaya naman hindi sagabal ang tsismis na pinag-aagawan nila si Fabio Ide upang hindi nila paghusayan ang mga eksena nila.

Matitindi pang eksena ang nakahandang gawin ng mga girls ng “Temptation Island” pero sigurado na na magkakarooon ng patalbugan, paseksihan at pagalingan sa kani-kaniyang role sa bagong version ng pelikulang hinding-hindi puwedeng mabura sa history ng pelikulang Pinoy!

Bukod sa malalandi at nakakakiliting eksena nina Marian, Heart, Lovi, Solenn at Rufa Mae, kakaibang Sweet ang mapapanood sa movie bilang beauty pageant coordinator.
