Charice in Glee Season 2 Finale- Video

Pinay International singing sensation Charice Pempengco better known as Sunshine Corazon in Glee performs "As Long As You're There" an original power ballad in the season finale of the hit musical show.

This song really showcases Charice’s amazing vocal range with the lowest note at D3 and the breathtaking highest note at F#5. “She didn’t even use any riffs and little riffles while singing this song. It’s all full chest voice and ‘Legato’. And it all stayed in the upper register. It’s amazing.”

I hope she gets to be signed up for Season 3 as well because her Sunshine Corazon character elevated the musical component of the show to a whole new level.

"As Long As You're There" LyricsI

Hmmm
All my life
I've waited for the right moment
To let you know
I dont wanna let you go
But now I realize
There's just no perfect time
To confess how you feel
This much I know is real

II

So I'll refuse
To waste one more second without you
Knowing my heart

Chorus

Baby
Cause I don't need anything
But your love
Nothing but you means a thing to me
I'm incomplete
When you're not there
Holding me
Touching me
I swear all the rest
Would just disappear
And I would not even care
As long as you're there

Take these words
Don't let them go unheard
This is me reachin' out
I hope you can hear me now
[lyrics source: www.emusicality.com]

Cause baby my heart says stay
Take it, it's yours to break
I'd rather try and lose
Than keep this love from you, yeah

Repeat II and chorus

Each day and night
That I kept this secret
It killed me
It's time to share
What I feel inside

Repeat chorus

As long as you're there
