On her way to the stage to present the award for best male video of the year, country singer Shanai Twain slips and falls, first disappearing into the shadows next to the audience before quickly reappearing on her knees, laughing and (presumably) a little embarrassed.

Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa Sex Video Tape Recovered

An intimate video of Jennifer Lopez with her ex-husband Ojani Noa has been recovered.

Ojani's manager Ed Meyer handed over the data drive which contains the footage to be locked in a safe deposit box at the City National Bank in Century City, California to which Jennifer's attorney Jay Lavely, will maintain possession of the key and although Ed was happy to part with the tapes he didn't want to give them directly to Mr. Lavely.

He told E!: "Now there is an evidentiary chain. Before they just wanted me to hand it over to Jay Lavely and he would just put it in a drawer. We went with a bank so people will be photographed coming in and out and there is no tampering."

Before the tapes are locked up, Jennifer will be allowed to view the footage as will Ojani and his current girlfriend Claudia Vazquez - who had tried to sell it for profit.

Ed has previously claimed there are "about 15-20 minutes of total nudity between all the different clips among the 27 hours of footage" of Ojani and Jennifer - who divorced after less than a year of marriage in 1997 - and he is believed to have sold it to his girlfriend Claudia for $1 so she could release it on his behalf after he was banned from doing so.

Claudia has been in possession of the data drive which contains the footage, but she now claims Ed Meyer has taken it from her house without permission.

Her lawyer Cris Armenta sent a letter to him demanding he appear in court yesterday, June 8, and return the tape.

The letter reads: "Claudia Vazquez will bring an ex parte application for relief, or whatever is proper, against you for removing home video data drive from Claudia Vazquez's home.

"You were on notice of the order and using false pretenses, you removed the drive from her house. You have been asked to return it by Claudia Vazquez, myself, and law enforcement authorities. Bring the drive with you to court. We intend to ask the Court to order you to hand the drive to Jennifer Lopez's attorney's immediately."

Ed confirmed he is in possession of the tape - which 41-year-old Jennifer recently won an injunction against the sale of - and he plans to take it to court.

He said: "I'll be in court this morning with the data drive... I'm going to ask that a retired judge be appointed by the court to keep the videos instead of Jay Lavely, Jennifer's attorney."

Sean Kingston's Jet Ski Accident

Sean Kingston was involved in a Jet Ski accident on Sunday.

The 21-year-old singer was driving the watercraft that apparently crashed when it went under a small bridge at about 6 p.m., CNN reported. A female passenger on board was also injured.

However aacording to the report of TMZ, Sean is now on stable condition.

Kingston rose to fame with the single "Beautiful Girls" in 2007. The hit single, along with "My Love" and a collaboration with Phil Collins, were on His 2007 self-titled debut album. In 2009, the Jamaican-American singer released Tomorrow, a 14-song album which included collaborations with Wyclef Jean and Good Charlotte.

American Idol Season 10 is down to it's second to the last episode. The face-off of Scotty, 17, and Lauren, 16, are considered the youngest face-off ever on American Idol, but definitely they're not the least when it comes to vocal prowess.

Scotty McCreery first sang his favorite song "Gone" by Montgomery Gentry, then "Check Yes or No" chosen for him by George Strait and finally "Love You This Big", while Lauren performed Katrina Elam's "Flat On The Floor", then the song "Maybe It Was Memphis" by Pam Tillis picked by Carrie Underwood and "Like My Mother Does" for her 3rd song. Lauren comes to the stage to sing her first possible single, "Like My Mother Does." This song showed viewers why she was in the finals. Lauren showed amazing range during the song.

Haley Reinhart to replace Lauren Alaina on American Idol Season 10 Finals?

According to the report of TMZ Lauren Alaina, one of the two remaining American Idol 10 finalists, has been reported to have lost her voice and cannot finish doing the rehearsals for the show's Finale.

A doctor said to have checked the teen singer's condition and has ordered her not to sing or talk.
